Recap:
Red Sox win the SCBL Championship. A series filled with dominant pitching comes to an end as the Red Sox defeated the White Sox 3 games to 1. The White Sox jumped to an early series lead by topping the Red Sox 5-1 with a great pitching performance from Jay Perry who struck out 11 batters. The Red Sox came back by winning the next three games. Neil Avery shined for the Red Sox notching two victories and only allowing 1 run over 14 innings.

Recap:
It was all Sox in the first round of the playoffs setting up for a rematch of the 2005 SCBL finals. The Red Sox out dueled the Bulls 4-1 and 2-1 in consecutive games. The White Sox bats came out free swinging in rout of the Tigers. The White Sox are making their fourth appearance in the SCBL Finals while the Red Sox make their second appearance since the league began in 2002.
